Why I Built The Society

For years, I wondered if building a successful business was costing me too much.

I was juggling marriage, motherhood, church callings, my health, employees, and the endless decisions that come with running a business. No matter how much I accomplished, it always felt like something—or someone—was getting less than my best.

Then I noticed the same pattern in the executives I was consulting for at billion-dollar brands.

They had built extraordinary companies. They had influence, success, and financial freedom. But too often, it came at the expense of their faith, their families, their health, or the relationships that mattered most.

I didn't want that definition of success.

I wanted to build a business that strengthened my life—not one that slowly consumed it.

So after more than 15 years in business strategy and executive consulting, I created The Society.
