I’m the founder of Strategy of & and creator of The Society, a premium executive business strategy membership for Latter-day Saint women.

I help ambitious women build thriving businesses without sacrificing what matters most through strategic planning, proven business systems, clear accountability, community, and a whole lot of cheerleading.

I’ve advised businesses ranging from startups to billion-dollar global brands, and I also know what it’s like to run multiple businesses while balancing motherhood, church callings, school field trips, dinner prep, and everything else life throws at you.

For years, I wished I had coaches, partners, and mentors who really understood that tension—women who understood what it meant to build something significant while also deeply valuing faith and family.

That’s why I created The Society.

We use strategy, accountability, systems, executive support, and community to help faithful, ambitious women grow the businesses they feel called to build—without sacrificing their faith, their family, or themselves.
